Refund policy

30-day returns. Opened bottles welcome.

We want you to feel confident trying CRTX. If your purchase isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Opened and unopened bottles are eligible.

Free return shipping

Return shipping is free, with no restocking fee. Email info@crtxnutrition.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange another prepaid return method, along with the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return at no cost to you.

Send your return within 14 days of receiving the return instructions. Include the bottle and any remaining contents; trying the product does not make it ineligible.

Your refund

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your refund covers the amount you paid for the returned items, after discounts, plus applicable taxes. For part of a bundle, we refund the amount allocated to the returned items. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with your order number so we can help with a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.

Subscriptions and other retailers

Each subscription delivery has its own 30-day return window. Returning a delivery does not automatically cancel future subscription orders; you can manage or cancel future deliveries through your subscription account or contact us for help.

This policy applies to purchases made directly from crtxnutrition.com. For purchases through Amazon or another retailer, request your return through that retailer. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
