Study Details

Randomized crossover study in 20 resistance-trained men. The lower-dose arm used 350 mg GeniusPure 90% (315 mg actual Alpha-GPC). The score reflects change from baseline during an exercise protocol. Other cognitive tests did not show a clear benefit. CRTX contains a lower amount of the ingredient.

Study Details

The 12-week trial enrolled adults aged 65 and older. Adjusted delayed recall changed from 6.4 to 7.6 words with Bacopa and 6.8 to 6.9 with placebo. The dose, extract, and standardization differ from CRTX; the result does not establish an equivalent effect from this formula.

Study Details

Randomized trial in adults aged 50–69 with self-assessed cognitive decline. Baseline response times already differed (378 vs. 411 ms), so the post-dose gap should not be read as a percentage improvement caused by treatment. Results were specific to selected tasks; CRTX does not identify the same branded preparation.
